Coverage limits

The current layer is dominated by English-language peer-reviewed sources, diabetic neuropathy, PHN and SCI. It underrepresents low-income settings, younger people, trigeminal neuralgia, postsurgical pain, non-English narratives and people unable to access specialty care.
