Honest coverage limits¶
The search was English-language and web-visible. It overrepresents high-income systems, veterans, people already connected to care and organizations with strong search indexing. It underrepresents people who avoid care, lack internet access, speak other languages, are currently unsafe, are institutionalized, live in low-resource settings, or reject psychiatric labels. Organization narratives are selected communications, not unbiased samples. No private forum, closed group or individual social-media post was used.
