Coverage limits

This source set is not geographically or linguistically representative. It contains little direct evidence from Asia, Latin America, francophone Africa, the Middle East, Indigenous communities, people without internet access, people in institutions, or those who disengaged from care. No private social-media posts were collected. Future work should add locally led qualitative studies and non-English organizations only after direct verification.
