Method

This layer triangulates peer-reviewed qualitative/mixed-methods literature with public patient-organization materials. Organization sites were fetched directly on the access date. Themes require at least two sources when stated as recurrent; single-source observations are labeled.

Ethics

• Public sources only.
• Paraphrase by default; no quote exceeds 15 words.
• No names or identifying details of private individuals.
• Themes are aggregate, not prevalence estimates.
• Organization claims are evidence of mission/resources, not treatment effectiveness.
• Search and platform access systematically favor English-language, digitally connected, high-income settings.
