Coverage limitations

The source set is English-heavy and overrepresents organizations with mature websites. It undercaptures people who never reach angiography or rehabilitation, those with low digital access, rural and low-income communities, Indigenous people, non-English speakers, and people who avoid public disclosure. Organization pages are curated communications and may emphasize services or campaigns; they are not independent evaluations. No private forum, closed group, or identifiable private person's story was used.
